What we store
Your household email, the family member profiles you create (name, avatar, interface preferences), your routines and time blocks, and the check-ins your family logs — completions, water intake, streaks, notes and statuses.
Household isolation
Every record is tagged with your household and protected by row-level security in the database, so one household can never read or write another household's data. Only people signed in with your household credentials can see your dashboard.
Children's data
Kid profiles are created and managed by the parent who owns the household account. We only store what you enter — a name, an avatar and their check-ins. We do not build advertising profiles and we never sell data.
Shared devices
Because a household can log progress from a shared device such as a kitchen iPad, anyone using that device while signed in can view and edit the household's data. Sign out on devices you don't control.
Service providers
We use hosting, database and payment providers to run Wellhome. They process data only to deliver the service. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
Your choices
You can edit or delete profiles, routines and check-ins at any time from inside the app. To delete your household account and everything in it, email wellhome.wellness@gmail.com and we will remove it.
