Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated September 2, 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It describes how Wellhome may and may not be used.

Content you may not store or post

  • Unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness rights.
  • Harassing, hateful or threatening messages in family chat, bulletin boards, handbooks or notes.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or content promoting self-harm, disordered eating or violence.
  • Medical, supplement or health claims presented as professional advice to other members of your household.
  • Another person's personal data — including a caregiver's, nanny's or au pair's documents — stored without their knowledge or consent.

Household, children and caregivers

Wellhome is designed for one household or group. Profiles for children must be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. If you invite a nanny, au pair or other caregiver into your household, tell them what is tracked and shared before giving them access. Do not use routines, check-ins, insights or device tracking to monitor, pressure or coerce another person.

Shared devices, PINs and deep links

  • Share profile, chat, handbook and hub deep links only with people you intend to give access to.
  • Treat any device left signed in — a kitchen tablet, for example — as accessible to everyone who can pick it up.
  • Profile and Family Hub PINs are an in-home privacy convenience, not a security control; do not rely on them to hide sensitive information.
  • Do not store passwords, financial account numbers or medical records in handbooks, notes or chat.

Embedded media and third-party links

Videos and links you embed are hosted by third parties and load under their own terms and cookies. Only embed media you have the right to use, and keep embedded content appropriate for every member of the household who can see it — including children.

Technical restrictions

  • No probing, scanning or testing the security of the service, and no attempting to reach another household's data.
  • No automated scraping, bulk exporting or reverse engineering of the app or its APIs.
  • No using the service to send spam, distribute malware or place excessive automated load on it.
  • No sharing one subscription across separate households, and no reselling access without written permission.

Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse or a suspected security issue to info@wellhome.studio with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable chance to fix it.

Where a breach is minor we will normally ask you to fix it first. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to content removal, suspension or termination without refund.
